| Early reservations are recommended since many lodges and airline seats sell out early.
Prices are based on double occupancy. All trips require a minimum of two participants. A single supplement is charged for single accommodations (for additional participant) |

| 1. Signing Up for a Trip: |

To process your reservation, you send us confirming email or other agreed communication format such as XML; upon receiving your email, we will reply you back to confirm receiving of your booking email. |

| 2. Payment Schedule: |
|
|
The payment of 10% is to be sent as reservation, the rest of 90% should be sent before the tour arriving in China; |

| 3. Cancellation Policy: |
|
| At the time we receive your cancellation email or other agreed communication format. The following fees will apply, |
|
|
Greater than 20 days prior to time departure - No cancellation charge |
|
Between 19 - 15 days prior to time of departure - 30% cancellation charge |
|
Between 14 - 10 days prior to time of departure - 50 % cancellation charge |
|
Less than 9 days prior to time of departure - 100 % cancellation charge |

| 4. Limitations of Liability: |
|

Tibetan Trekking Travel Co. Ltd, reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. The refund of all land payments received shall release Tibetan Trekking Travel Co. Ltd, from any further liability. |
